The Canadian Music Centre (CMC) announced three winners for the inaugural Rachel Laurin Composition Competition on an unspecified date. The winning compositions will be performed at the Organ Festival Canada, held from July 7 to 19 in Kitchener and Guelph, Ontario. A concert featuring new works by Paolo Griffin and Nathan Petitpas, titled "Solitudes: New Music for Solo Percussion and Electronics," took place on July 25, 2024, at the CMC. In 2022, the Toronto Arts Council supported Sergei's project, "I Hear the Scent of Change and Stillness," an EP released in 2023, accompanied by a concert at Toronto’s ArrayMusic. Sergei also creates music under the name Measure. CMC office hours vary by region.
